Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager (Derma Division) for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include leading and managing the sales team to achieve regional sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with dermatologists and other key industry stakeholders. The role also involves identifying market opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, conducting sales forecasting, and providing training and development to the sales team. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment will be an essential part of the role.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in sales planning, territory management, and driving regional sales performance
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading, motivating, and developing sales teams to achieve targets
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the dermatology sector, product offerings, and client needs
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Abilities: Skills in sales forecasting, competitive analysis, and identifying market opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the dermatology or pharmaceutical industry
