Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to scale our sales operations. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen dealer networks, mentor sales teams, and ensure consistent achievement of goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Expand and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
• Identify new business opportunities and handle key account relationships.
• Track regional market trends, competitor activities, and overall performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team and channel partners.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial deals.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, timely collection, and structured reporting.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Mandatory experience in Solar, Battery, or Inverter industry.

✔ 4 –8 years of proven experience in regional sales management.

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

✔ Excellent understanding of solar components, energy storage, and power electronics.

✔ Established relationships with distributors, EPC companies, and system integrators.

✔ Target-driven with a strategic and analytical mindset.

✔ Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
