Regional Sales Manager - BFSI ( West & South)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the sales process for Enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing the sales pipeline, prospecting and assessing sales, and efficiently moving a large number of transactions through the pipeline. You will be responsible for managing and tracking customer and transactional information in the CRM system, coordinating resources throughout the sales cycle, and nurturing and expanding relationships with customer accounts of all sizes. Additionally, you will provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasts through the CRM system and practice effective communication with management, customers, and support staff. Your operational responsibilities will involve accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts. You will also play a crucial role in fostering a culture of engagement and excitement that drives high customer and employee satisfaction. Moreover, you will introduce WebEngage's Solution to appropriate buyers in the targeted geographical market of India, identify key decision-makers, build and grow networks in legacy businesses and conglomerates, handle RFI/RFP processes, write proposals, lead commercial negotiations, perform client-need analysis, and develop reach-out strategies based on tracking customer pain-points.
