Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure performance excellence.
  
• Identify, engage, and grow relationships with key clients, architects, builders, developers, and channel partners.
  
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive account management and service delivery.
  
• Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reporting through CRM tools.
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

• Demonstrated success in handling

  high-value deals

  and achieving/exceeding sales targets
• Experience in managing and mentoring

  regional sales teams

• Excellent

  negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

• Ability to understand and sell

  custom/solution-based products

• Willingness to

  travel
