As an RSM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and achieving business objectives in your designated region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives Manage and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet their targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions Eligibility Criteria: Proven experience in sales leadership roles Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Male candidates preferable Company will provide laptop Work from office only - Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Show more Show less
