Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Loan Against Property (LAP) in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the LAP business in the region with a ticket size ranging from 10 lakhs to 5 crores through the DSA channel. You will lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers, guiding them to achieve business volumes and maintain portfolio quality. Building strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring compliance with credit and risk policies, and analyzing market trends will be crucial aspects of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have 8-12 years of experience in LAP sales, preferably in NBFCs/Banks, with a focus on DSA channels. A deep understanding of the Bangalore market and surrounding regions is essential. Strong leadership, team management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are key attributes required for this role.
