Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Manager (Sales) in Machine Manufacturing based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be responsible for achieving assigned regional sales and revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing business strategies to increase market penetration in South India. - Acting as the primary liaison with key customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. - Negotiating deals, closing contracts, and ensuring smooth order execution. - Identifying large projects, tenders, and new business opportunities. - Coordinating with sales and service teams for seamless pre- and post-sales support. - Monitoring competitor activity and recommending strategic actions. - Visiting the Head Office periodically for technical and commercial updates. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role will include regional sales growth against targets, the number of new clients/projects acquired, and customer retention and satisfaction levels. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of experience in Industrial/Machine Manufacturing Sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Ability to develop and implement business strategies. - Knowledge of the South India market is preferred.
