Back Office Sales Executive(Marathi)

Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Delhi Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA (Based on experience & interview) Language Requirement: Marathi (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience or strong knowledge of sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to support smooth execution of sales operations Handle client queries, follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead status, and documentation Communicate fluently in Marathi to manage region-specific clients or customers Assist in lead generation, data entry, and pre-sales activities Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team Track targets, ensure timely updates, and support in achieving sales goals Required Skills: Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory Good communication skills in English and Hindi Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is an added advantage Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, etc. preferred) Minimum 1 year of sales-related experience or strong knowledge of sales cycle Marathi-speaking candidates from Maharashtra working or settled in Delhi preferred fresher also apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
