Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer Experience: 6 months to 1 year Location(s): Morbi, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi/Valsad, Ahmedabad Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- (Based on interview) Perks: Travel Allowances Performance-Based Incentives (Sales & Service) Job Description: We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer with prior experience in Telecom Tower maintenance, specifically in SMPS systems and Solar services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining ongoing service operations and supporting sales activities in designated locations. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance of Telecom Towers and SMPS systems. Provide on-site service support for solar installations. Conduct troubleshooting, fault detection, and repair activities. Support the sales team with service-related insights and upsell opportunities. Ensure 24/7 availability for urgent service needs across assigned locations. Prepare service reports and maintain client service records. Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for smooth field operations. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in SMPS & Solar systems. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Should be available on call 24/7 for field service needs. Good understanding of telecom infrastructure and solar technologies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Own two-wheeler preferred (for travel convenience).
