Regional Sales Leader (West)

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for Google Maps Platform's Location Intelligence Platform "Smart Market", your primary role will involve managing existing customers and prospecting for new business opportunities. Your success in this role will be gauged by the impact on new sales revenue, renewal sales revenue, forecasting accuracy, and overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Managing existing customers through farming techniques and scouting for new business through hunting strategies. - Generating revenue from the Smart Market platform across various business verticals. - Collaborating with Partners and SIs to drive channel revenue. - Meeting Quarterly and Yearly Sales Quotas from both existing and new customers. - Innovating ways to identify opportunities, conducting joint business planning with customers, and delivering successful solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Solution/application Sales within BFSI, Logistics & Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Mobility, or Automobile segments. - A Bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Good understanding of IT/Software services. - Ability to think strategically about business and product, and convey compelling value propositions to customers. - Active listening skills and strong presentation abilities. - Energetic individual with a focus on understanding customer needs and mapping internal resources to provide satisfactory solutions. - Organized with planning and execution capabilities, adept at engaging C-Level Executives, accurate forecasting, objection handling, and leveraging referrals. - Self-motivated sales enthusiast with a passion for winning deals and advancing as a sales professional.,
