Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Head, located in Chennai. The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the sales team's performance, developing effective sales strategies, managing client accounts, and ensuring that the sales targets are met. Daily tasks will include leading sales meetings, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with other departments to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and forecast trends
• Account Management and Sales experience to effectively manage client relationships and close deals
• Proven Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
• Sales Management experience to create and implement successful sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
