Regional Sales Head

To drive massive revenue growth in the Chennai market by securing "Enterprise-level" industrial and corporate contracts. You will build and lead the Chennai sales team, establish high-level legal partnerships, and scale the Chercheur Detective Academy enrollment across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial & Manufacturing Strategy: Leading the pitch for "Supply Chain Integrity" and "Industrial Espionage Protection" to the automotive and manufacturing giants in Sriperumbudur and Oragadam.
• IT & Corporate Sales: Securing contracts for "Pre-employment Screening" and "Cyber Due Diligence" with MNCs along the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR).
• Legal Outreach: Building a robust referral network with top-tier law firms near the Madras High Court for litigation support.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of Sales Executives and Branch Managers to exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Academy Growth: Spearheading localized marketing campaigns for the Elite Intelligence Training Program by partnering with educational hubs in Chennai.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 10–15 years in Sales/Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the Chennai/Tamil Nadu market.
• Languages: Full fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Telugu, Malayalam, or Hindi is a significant advantage for this regional hub.
• Education: MBA from a reputable institute or a proven track record in high-level industrial or corporate security sales.
• Executive Presence: Ability to represent the agency at industrial trade fairs and high-level corporate board meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
