Job Description

To take full ownership of the revenue targets for the West Zone. You will lead a team of Sales Executives across multiple cities, establish high-level corporate and legal partnerships, and scale the Chercheur Detective Academy enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage Sales Executives in Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad to ensure they meet their monthly targets.
Strategic Partnerships: Personal involvement in closing high-value "Enterprise" contracts with National Banks, Insurance Companies, and Law Firms.
Academy Growth: Develop and execute the marketing and sales strategy for the Elite Intelligence Training Program across the region.
Market Expansion: Identify and set up sales operations in new cities within the zone as per the company's roadmap.
Revenue Forecasting: Provide weekly and monthly revenue projections and performance reports to the HQ in Kothrud.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 8–12 years in Sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role (Experience in Security, Financial Services, or Education is a major plus).
Languages: Full fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory for the Pune HQ. Knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage for the West Zone.
Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
Network: An existing network within the corporate security or legal fraternity in Maharashtra is highly desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
