Regional Sales Head

To drive massive revenue growth by tapping into Bangalore’s corporate, tech, and legal sectors. This leader will build the Bangalore sales team, secure high-value "Enterprise" contracts, and aggressively scale the Chercheur Detective Academy across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

• Tech & Corporate Strategy: Leading the pitch for "Cyber Intelligence," "IP Theft Investigation," and "Executive Screening" to IT giants and startups in Electronic City and Whitefield.
• Legal & Litigation Support: Building a premium referral network with top-tier advocates and law firms near Vidhana Soudha and MG Road.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing a team of Sales Executives and Branch Managers across the Bangalore Metropolitan Region.
• Academy Growth: Spearheading localized marketing and admissions for the Elite Intelligence Training Program by partnering with Bangalore’s top universities and professional hubs.
• Zonal Performance: Working closely with the Pune HQ to ensure the Bangalore branch meets revenue targets while adhering to strict confidentiality and technical standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 10–15 years in Sales/Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Bangalore market.
• Languages: Full fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi is a significant advantage for the cosmopolitan Bangalore corporate crowd.
• Education: MBA from a top-tier institute or a proven track record in high-level corporate security, tech-sales, or legal services.
• Executive Presence: Must have the gravitas to represent Chercheur at high-level tech summits and corporate board meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
