Regional Sales Head

To establish Chercheur Investigators as the dominant investigative brand in East India. You will build the Kolkata sales team from scratch, secure high-value corporate contracts within the banking and IT sectors, and drive massive enrollment for the Chercheur Detective Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate & Banking Strategy: Leading the pitch for "Corporate Due Diligence," "Insurance Fraud Investigation," and "Asset Tracing" to the major banks and PSUs headquartered in Kolkata.
• IT Sector Outreach: Securing contracts for "Pre-employment Screening" and "Data Security Audits" with tech firms in Salt Lake Sector V and New Town.
• Legal Networking: Building a robust referral network with senior advocates near the Calcutta High Court for litigation support and evidence-gathering.
• Academy Growth: Spearheading the marketing for the Elite Intelligence Training Program by partnering with universities and professional training centers across West Bengal.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing a team of Sales Executives to penetrate the unique cultural and commercial landscape of the East Zone.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 10–15 years in Sales/Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Kolkata/East India market.
• Languages: Full fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English is mandatory. This trilingual ability is crucial for the diverse business demographic of Kolkata.
• Education: MBA from a reputable institute or a proven track record in high-level corporate security, banking sales, or legal services.
• Executive Presence: Ability to represent the agency at high-level corporate board meetings and industrial seminars.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
