Regional Sales Head

To establish and scale the Chercheur brand across the North Zone. This leader will be responsible for high-stakes business development, building a team of sales executives, and securing large-scale corporate and political intelligence contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Development: Target corporate headquarters in Gurgaon and Noida, and legal firms near the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court.
• High-Level Liaison: Build relationships with decision-makers in the Central Delhi power hubs for government-related and political intelligence projects.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage Sales Executives and Branch Managers for the Delhi NCR region to ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
• Academy Enrollment Growth: Drive sales for the Chercheur Detective Academy by partnering with educational institutions and career hubs across North India.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the Delhi branch maintains strict alignment with the agency's reporting standards and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 10–15 years in Sales or Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the Delhi NCR market.
• Languages: Full fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Punjabi is a significant advantage for the North Indian business landscape.
• Location Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Delhi’s commercial geography, from the heritage business centers in Connaught Place (110001) to the modern corporate parks of the NCR.
• Education: MBA from a reputable institute or a proven track record in high-level corporate security/legal sales.
• Network: An existing professional network in the legal, corporate security, or government liaison sectors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
