Regional Sales Engineers

As a Regional Sales Engineer for our company, your role will involve sales and promotion of world class American Automation products tailored for the Indian market. Your responsibilities will include: - Making technical presentations to customers - Performing proper technical and business needs analysis - Suggesting appropriate products based on customer requirements - Following up on sales leads and generating new leads through telephone and email solicitation - Making direct sales to customers and supporting local distributors in your assigned marketing area - Training distributor sales engineers on the company's product line - Being resident in the assigned marketing area and traveling to customer accounts within that region - Attending local trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences - Receiving training in strategic selling skills, technical product knowledge, and periodic travel to the US To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma - Proven track record of significant sales of technical products in any industry - Good aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts - Aggressive, dynamic, and confident with excellent communication skills in English and local languages - Ability to make presentations to small and large groups - Willingness to learn strategic selling skills from renowned authorities - Strong communication and leadership skills Candidates for the position of Regional Sales Engineers should have a minimum of one year of selling experience.
