Regional Sales Managers

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sales and promotion of world-class American Automation products specifically designed for the Indian market. Your key tasks will include making technical presentations, analyzing customer needs, generating sales leads, making direct sales, training distributor sales engineers, and managing activities of sales engineers in the assigned region. Additionally, you will be required to travel within the designated marketing area, attend trade shows and exhibitions, and undergo training in strategic selling skills and technical product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and promotion of American Automation products for the Indian market - Making technical presentations to customers and suggesting appropriate products - Generating sales leads through telephone and email solicitation - Conducting direct sales to customers and supporting local distributors - Training distributor sales engineers in the company's products - Managing the activities of sales engineers in the region - Traveling to customer accounts within the assigned marketing area - Attending local trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma - Proven track record of significant sales in technical products - Minimum 5 years of selling experience for Regional Sales Managers - Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience for Regional Sales Managers - Good aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts - Excellent communication skills in English and local languages - Strong presentation skills for both small and large groups - Desire to learn strategic selling skills from renowned authorities - Good communication and leadership skills Please note: Kindly apply by emailing your resume as a Word document attachment to info-india@avg.net with the job title "Regional Sales Managers" in the subject line.,
