Regional Sales Managers

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and promotion of world-class American automation products tailored for the Indian market.
• Conduct technical presentations for customers, analyze their technical and business needs, and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Follow up on existing leads and generate new sales opportunities through telephone and email communication.
• Execute direct sales to customers while providing necessary support to local distributors in the assigned region.
• Train distributor sales engineers on company products, applications, and selling techniques.
• Reside within the assigned marketing area; the company has identified 75 marketing areas across India.
• Manage and oversee the activities of sales engineers within the designated region to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel extensively across the assigned region to visit customer accounts and distributor locations.
• Represent the company at local trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products and build market presence.
• Participate in continuous training programs covering strategic selling skills, technical knowledge of the product line, and periodic training in the United States.

Prerequisites / Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales performance in technical or industrial products.
• Strong aptitude for computers and understanding of mechatronics concepts.
• Aggressive, dynamic, and confident with strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Skilled in making effective technical presentations to small and large audiences.
• Good understanding of sales processes with eagerness to learn and apply strategic selling skills from global experts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a regional sales team.
