As a Sales Director in the Auto & Ancillary industry, you will be responsible for leading the Account Executive team to drive sales initiatives, performance, and market opportunities. Your role involves defining and implementing plans to achieve sales objectives, developing the team to generate revenue, and meeting individual, team, and organizational quotas. Effective communication, adaptability, and a passion for excellent customer service are key attributes for success in this dynamic environment. This role is suitable for experienced sales leaders as well as those looking to advance their careers. - Provide support and guidance to Account Executives in client and prospect meetings - Develop an impactful team through recruiting, hiring, and training - Coach Account Executives on sales strategies for success - Ensure accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior management - Monitor and track the sales activity and results of the team consistently - Lead demand generation activities and customer engagement initiatives - Implement successful sales campaigns and engage with enterprise customers at the C-level - Handle client escalations and issues effectively - Develop necessary corporate relationships to drive success Your qualifications for this role should include: - A track record of success, particularly in leading Account Executives - Ability to build and lead high-performing teams - Strong presentation and executive engagement skills - Excellent negotiation abilities - Self-starter mindset for thriving in a fast-paced environment As a Sales Leader at Salesforce, your impact will directly contribute to the organization's growth.
