Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

 Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

 Drive market expansion by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

 Plan, coordinate, and execute ATL activities (e.g., print media, radio, TV, outdoor hoardings) to build brand visibility.

 Lead BTL activities (e.g., camps, kiosks, door-to-door awareness campaigns, clinic activations, health checkup drives, and in-clinic events) to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

 Build and maintain strong business relationships with audiologists, clinics, hospitals, and channel partners.

 Monitor competitor activities and market trends to proactively address challenges and leverage opportunities.

 Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to management.

 Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.

 Ensure adherence to pricing policies, commercial terms, and promotional campaigns.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to customize regional promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

 Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in hearing aids, healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or retail healthcare industry.

 Experience in planning and executing ATL and BTL marketing activities is a must.

 Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.

 Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.  Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

Preferred Experience:

 Candidates from the hearing aid industry, audiology, retail healthcare, optical, or medical device sectors are preferred.

 Experience handling both B2B (clinics, hospitals) and B2C (end-users) models is an advantage. Benefits:
