What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across

  40+ Experience Centers

  in various regions
• Drive cost-effective vendor management and supply chain coordination
• Lead budgeting, salary disbursement, petty cash, and vendor payouts
• Conduct audits for assets and compliance with legal/safety standards
• Coordinate new store launches, relocations, and maintenance
• Implement SOPs and process improvements across ECs
• Mentor and train staff to ensure high performance and customer service
• Collaborate with HR on employee engagement and policy communication
• Report operational KPIs and manage cost optimization strategies

Who You Are

• 5–10 years in retail or regional operations
• Proven track record managing

  10 or more stores across regions

• Strong in vendor negotiations, budget handling, and asset management
• Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
