Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Digital Banking Kotak 811-Sales team as a Regional Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be the face of Kotak Mahindra Bank, representing our digital banking services to potential and existing customers. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and cross-selling our range of digital banking products and services.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Fice, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or ficial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build trust.
  • Strong knowledge of digital banking products and services, including mobile and online banking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales portfolio.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed sales decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the evolving digital banking landscape.
  • Acquire new customers through various sales channels, including referrals, digital marketing, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Kotak 811 digital banking products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and investment options.
  • Ensure a seamless digital onboarding process for new customers, providing support and guidance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital sales campaigns, leveraging online platforms and social media.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital banking trends and innovations, and provide feedback to the product development team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set sales targets, working towards achieving individual and team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, utilizing CRM systems.
