ROLE:

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Regional Senior Director of Professional Services at Ivalua. We are looking for a seasoned and strategic leader to head our professional services team in Pune. This pivotal role is essential for driving customer success, improving service delivery, and ensuring that our services align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Procurement, Project Delivery, Client Relationship Management, Partner Support, and Team Leadership. This is a highly hands-on leadership role.
In this position, you will oversee all Professional Services operations for the APAC region, leading a talented team of Project Directors, Solution Architects, and Implementation Consultants while contributing to our business expansion in the area. Additionally, you will provide functional and technical support or dedicated resources for strategic and complex projects in the Americas and EMEA regions.

Your team will look up to you because you understand the challenges they encounter and you actively help them resolve issues. This is a role for an expert practitioner as well as a strategic manager.

Risk and Project Management:

  • Proactively identify and manage risks to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure successful outcomes for all projects in the region.
  • Guarantee the success of all projects within the portfolio by delivering on time, within budget, and adhering to the company s high-quality standards.
  • Manage escalations with swift and effective remediation plans to mitigate issues and ensure project continuity.

Partner Success:

  • Provide efficient support to partners during implementation, ensuring that decisions made serve the long-term success of the project and enhance user adoption.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance partner success by removing obstacles, providing support, and ensuring partners can effectively deliver for customers.

Financial Stewardship:

  • Secure the financial health of Professional Services by managing services revenue, margins, and subcontracting costs.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the Professional Services strategy to align with broader company goals.
  • Support other departments, such as Customer Support, Customer Success, and Sales, in achieving their objectives.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture executive relationships with strategic customers and partners to foster long-term success and collaboration.

Team Development:

  • Build and maintain a high-performing team, driving growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Innovation and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Innovation Success team to bring new product innovations to production, working with selected customers to ensure smooth deployment and integration of innovative features.

YOUR PROFILE
