Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Create, develop, and manage a strong distribution network including distributors, dealers, sub-dealers, and retail partners across Maharashtra i.e
Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar
branches for
Fans
product division.
Achieve assigned sales targets and work towards improving market share in the designated territory.
Plan and execute promotional activities, including participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Implement business strategies and innovative concepts to strengthen market presence and achieve organizational objectives.
Develop and manage a field-level sales force to increase market penetration and ensure consistent activity in the region.

Qualifications:

Relevant graduation degree / Diploma (3 yr)
8-15 years' quota carrying sales experience.
Channel sales experience in products like Fans.
Should have good knowledge of product market in Maharashtra.
