Regional Practice Management Office

Senior Executive – Regional Practice Management Office role for Protiviti India.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and attend practice review meetings to understand the functioning and identify clues for performing additional analysis.
• Perform various financial and operational analysis (i.e. revenue, contribution, utilization, project exceptions, invoicing, collection, etc.) to come up with trends, exceptions and other business insights.
• Coordinate with various levels in the organization (i.e. Leadership, Middle Management, Executives) to understand operational challenges and assist them to achieve compliance requirements and release operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with various functions in the organization (i.e. CRM, Finance, L&D, etc.) to streamline operations and support business teams.
• Assist in implementation of various initiatives.
• Identify tasks / action items, follow-up and track progress.
• Providing periodic status updates to leadership team.
• Perform any other related activity as directed by the reporting manager.

Qualifications:

• Commerce graduate with an MBA from a premiere college / Chartered Account would be preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience working in practice management role.
• Financial acumen to do analytical reviews and identify pain points.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Ability to think laterally and showcase business acumen.
• Demonstrates creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.
• Good power point, visualization, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Able to maintain a professional demeanour in times of high stress. Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
• Able to multi-task.
