Job Description

  • Target Setting

    Planning and execution of sales targets through market coverage.

Achieve Parts and Lubes and Accessories sales targets with outstanding within defined limits & statutory.

Ensure the Annual Targets through close monitoring / involvement on daily basis

  • Network Planning & Coverage

    Area coverage through Distributor recruitment / replacement. Liasioning with Distributor / Distributors Manpower for Business growth. Develop and execute appropriate R&R process at distributorships. Ensure adequate network in place for optimised distribution of Parts/Lubes & Accessories and create lighthouse Distributor in each region for guidance of other distributors. Ensure profitability of Channel Partner to make him involve in the business

    Cross-

  • Demand Generation:

    Primary focus on demand generation, outdoor and BTL campaigns (interacting with retailers and mechanics). Collecting feedback from market intelligence. Competition pricing and benchmarking
  • Capability Building of Channel Partners:

    Ensuring skill development of Distributor manpower. Distributor Management and capability enhancement. Distributor Infrastructure development and enhancement. Ensure adherence to Sales processes, policies & Marketing tools.
