Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with national objectives and brand guidelines.

Analyze local market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Customize campaigns to suit regional demographics and customer preferences.

Allocate and manage regional marketing budgets effectively.

2. Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute local store marketing (LSM) programs, events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.

Manage regional digital campaigns including social media, influencer partnerships, and geo-targeted ads.

Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns within the region.

Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies for regional adaptations of national campaigns.

3. Brand Management:

Ensure brand consistency across all regional touchpoints in-store, digital, and out-of-home (OOH).

Monitor compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

Conduct periodic audits of store-level marketing execution.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.

Collaborate with Franchise Owners/Restaurant Managers to support local marketing initiatives.

Provide marketing training and toolkits to restaurant teams.

5. Performance Measurement & Reporting:

Track campaign KPIs such as traffic growth, same-store sales uplift, redemption rates, and customer engagement.

Analyze ROI on regional marketing spend and optimize future campaigns accordingly.

Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for the national marketing head.

6. Customer Engagement & Loyalty:

Drive regional CRM and loyalty programs to increase customer retention.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance guest experience.

Identify opportunities for partnerships or collaborations that increase local brand visibility

7. Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor promotions, pricing, and new product launches in the region.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
