Regional Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for coordinating sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and maintain visibility of the Bank to the public. This includes organizing relationship-building activities within the branch to engage existing customers and evaluating the impact of promotions through tracking and monitoring. You will also be required to support and facilitate the implementation of local sales and marketing programs and events. Collaboration with various departments of the bank is essential to create new marketing solutions and innovate across product categories. Working closely with Assets Sales Teams in different locations, you will plan and execute sales promotion activities. Moreover, you will engage with the branch team to strategize and implement activities at the branch level. Stakeholder management, particularly with trade and management bodies like FICCI and CII, will be a key aspect of this role. Effective team management, strong communication, interpersonal skills, marketing acumen, and a focus on branding are crucial for success in this position.,
