Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Marketing Manager based in Kerala, India. The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing regional marketing campaigns, lead student recruitment drives, digital campaigns, and brand promotions, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include overseeing promotional activities, coordinating with the sales team, and preparing marketing reports. The role also involves maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans. Qualifications Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management skills Experience in Market Analysis and Trend Identification Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management skills Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media tools Project Management and Organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
