Job Summary:

Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Expansion:
Grow
food & grocery supply chain operations
across
1-2 states
, depending on volume projections.

Team Leadership:
Hire, train, and manage a team of
warehouse and delivery managers
to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
Oversee operations across
last-mile, first-mile, fulfillment centers, and reverse logistics
to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with
regional demand and sourcing teams
to align supply chain processes with business requirements.

Inventory Management:
Establish best practices for
stock management
, ensuring
100% stock accuracy
across multiple locations.

P&L Management:
Optimize cost-efficiency, service levels, and productivity to drive
regional profitability
