Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager – Sales Operations to lead and scale our regional business. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in logistics sales and operations management, capable of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business goals. Lead and manage branch-level sales and operations teams across the region. Drive new customer acquisition and grow existing business accounts. Monitor regional market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing trends. Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue goals, and customer service benchmarks. Collaborate with operations for smooth service execution and issue resolution. Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular review meetings. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights to senior management. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing or Logistics preferred). 6–10 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in logistics, transportation, courier, or supply chain industries. Proven leadership ability in managing large teams across multiple locations. Strong knowledge of transport operations, freight billing, and B2B client management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
