Regional Manager – Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  
• Lead and manage branch-level sales and operations teams across the region.
  
• Drive new customer acquisition and grow existing business accounts.
  
• Monitor regional market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
  
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue goals, and customer service benchmarks.
  
• Collaborate with operations for smooth service execution and issue resolution.
  
• Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular review meetings.
  
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights to senior management.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing or Logistics preferred).
  
• 6–10 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in logistics, transportation, courier, or supply chain industries.
  
• Proven leadership ability in managing large teams across multiple locations.
  
• Strong knowledge of transport operations, freight billing, and B2B client management.
  
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
