Manager - Sales & Marketing Head position to handle East region

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities by industry, region based on the strategic plan, applications that SGL can cater to and exhaustive data mining in order to reach out to the potential customer. This includes visiting customers. demonstrating product offerings, participating in exhibitions/trade-fairs. This also aims at improving order booking repeat orders from existing customers 1
Monitor customer Contribution % and review the pricing for key customers/orders in conjunction with the CEO to 2 finalise price agreements through negotiations with customers, to ensure that the product is appropriately priced and SGL does not loose orders
Increase visibility/recall for SGL among customers/dealers by developing marketing collateral, website Search 3 engine optimisation, identifying and developing content (based on new applications, success stories etc...) and placing it appropriately
Identify, evaluate and appoint dealers in the various countries in order to increase dealer network, improve availability of SGL's products for existing customers and thereby achieve the sales figures (volume of sales through dealer network). This includes training the dealers, creating awareness of SGL's products/product lines. This is done with the support of the Service team.
Monitor the order execution process and coordinate on a day to day basis with the various teams for resolving any issues, answering queries, ensuring products are sent out as per agreed timelines
