Regional Manager - Sales

• A Regional Sales Manager (Solar) drives regional revenue by developing sales strategies, managing channel partners (EPCs, dealers, integrators), leading a sales team, and expanding market share for solar products/projects (rooftop, C&I). Key duties involve lead generation, closing large deals, forecasting, monitoring market trends, coordinating with marketing/ops, and ensuring sales targets, pipeline health, and collections are met, often requiring deep solar industry knowledge and leadership skills.
• Managing and appointing the Area sales managers in your areas .

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute regional sales plans, drive business development, and penetrate new markets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage field/inside sales teams to meet targets.
• Channel Management: Build and manage networks of distributors, dealers, installers, and EPC partners.
• Sales Execution: Oversee lead gen, proposals, negotiations, closing deals, and managing key accounts.
• Market Intelligence: Track trends, competitors, government policies (like subsidies), and adjust strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
• Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain for support and smooth project handovers.
• Industry Representation: Attend events and represent the company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
