Regional Manager - Sales

Regional manager is defined as a head of a sale of a region and makes strategy and business plan for sales growth in his Region and work to implement it at ground level by instructing, motivating and inspiring his team members to generate more sale.

Regional manager is responsible for handling the daily operations and management of their regions and reporting authority of a branch managers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Graduation Degree in any Discipline

· 10-15 years hands on experience in Gems & Jewellery with 3-5 year in independent role

· Previous exposure and experience in retail sector is desirable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Team Meetings
Attending all types of queries regarding sales and team developmentAnalysing periodic sales activitiesDevelop Sales operationsSupervise daily activities

Ensure Timely interventions with the issues of the teams

Provide customer service by issuing resolution within defined time frames and according to quality standards and expectations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
