Regional Manager - Internal Control and Quality

As a Quality Assurance Officer at the microfinance company, your role involves conducting structured and periodic investigations in the allocated region to ensure process adherence in our branches. You will be responsible for gathering field intelligence and customer insights from a team of quality assurance executives for the region. Acting as the quality custodian, you will deep dive into various reports and analytics to suggest corrective actions to the business team and ensure 100% quality compliance within the specified timeframe. In case of any deviations or deliberate process lapses, you will take disciplinary actions to maintain standards. Additionally, you will oversee branch level compliances from both administrative and statutory perspectives and coordinate with the corporate office to support business functions on various issues such as reports, TAT, grievances, and project execution.
