Regional Manager - Internal Control and Quality

You will be responsible for overseeing the process adherence in our microfinance branches by conducting structured and periodic investigations within your allocated region. This includes gathering field intelligence and customer insights from a team of quality assurance executives assigned to the region. As the quality custodian for your respective region, you will be required to deeply analyze various reports and analytics to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to the business team. Ensuring 100% quality compliance against the observations highlighted by the quality team within specified timelines is a crucial aspect of the role. In cases of deviant behavior or deliberate process lapses, you will need to take disciplinary action to maintain operational integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing branch-level compliances from both administrative and statutory perspectives. Collaboration with the corporate office is essential to support business functions concerning reports, turnaround time (TAT), grievance resolution, and project execution. Furthermore, you will play a key role in managing the credit function for microenterprise loans and conducting market research when necessary for specific purposes. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a qualification in CA or MBA Finance and demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.,
