As part of India’s fastest-growing AI-driven Ad-Tech SaaS platform, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence by building strong regional teams and driving business excellence. 🔹 Position: Regional HR Manager 📍 Locations: Karnataka & Telangana (Remote + Field Coordination) 🏢 Department: HR & Regional Operations 🧩 Reports To: Zonal Manager ✨ Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment of Business Development Managers (BDMs), Business Development Executives (BDEs), and Field Sales & Marketing Executives (FSMEs). Manage regional HR operations — from onboarding and training to team performance tracking. Coordinate with Business and Sales teams to ensure smooth manpower deployment across districts. Support in strategic planning for regional hiring and field execution. Build a strong talent pipeline for regional sales expansion. 🎓 Requirements Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in recruitment, field HR, or regional manpower management (preferably in Sales/Operations). Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multi-district operations and manage large teams remotely.
