Role Overview

We are seeking a committed and proactive Regional Manager to coordinate and oversee programs in health, education, and livelihood for Pwd’s. The role requires someone with a strong background in Networking, Collaboration, volunteering, program implementation, and people management. Candidates with prior experience in the development sector or ex-defence personnel (Person with Disability) with leadership exposure are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Networking & Partnership Building: Forge and maintain strong ties with government bodies, local organizations, donors, and key community stakeholders to enable seamless collaboration and leverage expertise for project goals.

Support for Program Verticals: Coordinate and assist all program Heads (verticals) to ensure they have the necessary resources, information, and troubleshooting support for effective execution in each district.

Local Resource Mobilization: Identify, assess, and engage local resources—such as skilled personnel, facilities, existing community groups, and funding opportunities—to boost project success and sustainability.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with vertical leads and district teams to shape tailored strategies that utilize local context and assets for optimal program delivery.

Capacity Building: Provide targeted training and capacity-building initiatives rooted in PWD Rehabilitation knowledge and expertise.

Advocacy & External Representation: Represent the program and organization to government officials and strategic partners, advancing resource mobilization and program visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in, Development Studies, Management, or related fields.

• Preferred: Ex-defence personnel or Person with Disabilities individuals with leadership

experience in volunteering and community engagement.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in program management.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
