Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategies for channel sales growth, dealer development, and network expansion in the assigned region. Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and internal teams to drive revenue growth. Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements : 10-18 years of experience in 2w/ tractor industry with expertise in channel sales management. Proven track record of success in developing channels for consumer electronics & appliances products. Strong understanding of retail distribution networks and ability to build effective partnerships with dealers/distributors.
