Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager, your role will involve growing and scaling branches and Support Functions in the assigned region. Working closely with senior management, you will drive sales strategy and growth plans, oversee the region's functioning, and be responsible for Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth. Key Responsibilities: - Assess opportunities for geographic expansion and set up new branches - Ensure business growth to achieve sales and collections targets - Analyze productivity and efficiency gaps in areas and branches, and implement necessary improvements - Monitor and ensure high-quality portfolio maintenance through preventive and curative measures - Ensure strict adherence to company rules and norms related to HR, Admin, and training for risk management and defined processes - Conduct field visits to observe and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures - Oversee the functioning of the regional office and close audit actions - Provide guidance, training, and feedback to field staff and Managers for performance improvement - Resolve internal conflicts at the regional level and within the area - Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training of new employees, and staff confirmation/promotions Qualifications Required: - Age between 25 to 45 years - Dynamic, articulate, hardworking individual with strong interpersonal skills - Experience in running Microfinance operations at the Area or Regional level - Proficiency in MS Office If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.,
