1) Develop and implement sales strategies for Assam and North East region to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
2) Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network across the region.
3) Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
4) Ensure consistent follow-up with clients, dealers, and distributors to maintain strong relationships and loyalty.
5) Coordinate with the marketing team to organize promotional campaigns, trade shows, and brand-building activities in the region.
6) Drive collection of payments and ensure credit control policies are adhered to.
7) Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports for management review.
8) Visit market locations frequently to monitor sales performance, resolve distributor/retailer issues, and support the field sales team.
9) Recruit, train, and supervise the regional sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
10) Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
11) Contribute to strategic decisions regarding pricing, discounting, and incentive structures for the region.
