Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing and reviewing various contracts, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, and employment contracts. This may involve negotiating contract terms., ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and managing contract renewals and terminations. Ensuring that the organization is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This may involve monitoring legal developments and updating policies and procedures accordingly, conducting internal audits, and advising on legal risks and obligations. Identifying and mitigating legal risks that the organization may face, by assessing legal risks and developing strategies to minimize or eliminate them. This may involve conducting risk assessments, implementing compliance programmers., and developing internal policies and procedures to manage risk. Participating in due diligence processes and advising on legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions. This may involve conducting legal reviews, identifying and assessing risks, and providing guidance on legal issues related to transactions. Managing the organization's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. This may involve developing strategies to protect and enforce intellectual property rights, conducting intellectual property audits, and managing the registration and renewal of intellectual property assets.
Providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees. This may involve advising on legal matters related to business operations, providing training on legal issues, and responding to legal inquiries and requests.
