Role Overview

Role Name:Regional Key Accounts Executive – Modern Trade

Reporting to: Head MT

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for key modern trade accounts for Kerala.
• Negotiate terms of trade, including pricing, promotions, and shelf space.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in retail chains.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate or MBA in Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in key account management within FMCG.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
