Regional HR

As a Regional HR at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing HR activities in the AP region and some branches in Telangana, with your base located in Vijayawada. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing strong stakeholder connections within the region. - Leading talent acquisition efforts to attract top candidates. - Traveling to different branches within the territory for visits. - Driving employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. - Managing employee grievances from onboarding to exit processes. - Conducting exit interviews to understand and address attrition issues. - Handling various other HR activities specific to the region. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in Regional HR within the NBFC/Banking industry, with a strong focus on AP. This position requires a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively navigate the dynamics of regional HR management.
