Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Head (T3) located in Pune. The Regional Head will be responsible for leading and managing regional operations, driving business growth, and ensuring profitability. Daily tasks include overseeing sales teams, developing and implementing business strategies, managing client relationships, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring market trends, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and execution Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies Proficiency in using CRM and business management software Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the Pune market is a plus Show more Show less
