Regional Head South (Pump Sales)

Job Description

Regional Head Sales will be responsible for entire South region and can be based in any of the Metro cities in South. Responsibilities: General Trade, Distribution Expansion, Relevant Industry experience (Pump companies) and product knowledge (All range of Pumps) are mandatory, belong to same geography, must have Basic Distributions knowledge & fundamental of Sales function. Driving Sales as per business plan Establishing Business plans to expand the customer base in the assigned territory, to gain market share. Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Be accountable. Attend regular meetings with management/stakeholders for brainstorming and Sales updates. Training and mentoring Mid-Level and Junior team members. Learn new technologies related Sales Distribution, Sales Operations & Customer Care Handling and Training Skills & Experience Required: Education: Graduate, MBA preferred Soft Skills: - Strong understanding of General Trade and Distribution system. - Familiarity with SAP / Excel / Presentation Other Must Have Skills: - Excellent time-management skills, Good communication skill & Problem-solving skills - Prior team handling experience is a Must A 43-year-old organization with over 5,000 employees and 24 branches, manufacturing pumps, motors, fans, appliances, lighting, solar products, and agri equipment.
