Job Title: Regional Sales Head Logistics Industry

Role Overview:

The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales managers to deliver consistent performance in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage regional sales operations across multiple cities within the assigned territory.
  • Acquire new B2B customers in express logistics, e-commerce logistics, and supply chain services.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with zonal and national strategies.
  • Manage key customer accounts to ensure high service satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track regional performance metrics, pipeline health, and collection efficiency.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service for service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Mentor and guide front-line sales executives for capability building and performance improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Logistics.
  • 8–14 years of experience in

    B2B sales within express logistics, courier, or 3PL domain

    .
  • Strong exposure to client acquisition and account management.
  • Experience in handling regional-level P&L will be preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
