Regional Head - North

As Regional Sales Head for the North region, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations in Punjab, Chandigarh, J&K, UK, and other territories. With 4-7 years of experience in General Trade Sales and FMCG Sales, you will play a key role in developing sales strategies, expanding into new territories, and maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors while appointing new ones. Your role will involve overseeing a large team of approximately 100 individuals, so prior experience in managing such team sizes is essential. A successful candidate will demonstrate stability in their professional career, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute and have a deep understanding of the FMCG/Foods/Beverages industry. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Prior experience of 4 years in General Trade Sales and FMCG Sales is preferred. The work location will be at the headquarters in Punjab/Chandigarh.,
