*******Urgent Opening******* Role: Regional head Experience: 10+ Years Location: Chennai Salary Upto : 23LPA Notice: Immediate to 30 days only Mandate Skills: DSA CHANNELS, UNSECURED- Business Loan Experience is Mandatory (10 Years ),Team Management What you will own: Your primary responsibility is to manage partners and Referral partners, drive the number of applications, volume of disbursement from these partners. Your primary responsibility is to drive setting up of the business, managing a team of Business Managers who in turn would handle a set of Certified Partners who may be or Referral Partners. TC-ZM is to ensure strong coordination with the zonal and regional teams to drive the business with the core business. How will you make an Impact: • Work closely with Business Managers and enable / provide strategic advice on increasing sales and expanding customer base. • Create and review budget plans and set monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly targets foreach region. • Formulate the strategy to achieve the business targets from Capital partners and referral partners. Experience to bring with you: • Prior experience of working in financial services industry specifically in unsecured business loans. • Prior Experience of handling partners or DSA channels. • Ability to coach and mentor - People development skills. • Business planning skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. • Strong Leadership skills. • Good understanding on how to explore market opportunities and to deal with threats in the market to increase and ensure steady growth of sales and revenue. • Should have strong knowledge on partner development strategies and well versed with ‘Goto Market’ strategies to operationalize the same. What will you be doing? • Deliver the new loan disbursement numbers as planned for the zone. • Work closely with all the internal stakeholders such as ’ ZH, RSM and BMs in the Zone/Region. • Formulate the strategy to achieve the business targets from partners and referral partners. • Identify, onboard and sustain partners as partners and Referral Partners asper numbers planned every quarter and drive the success of every partner associated with Client. • Hiring of resources such as BM’s, Business Development Officers (BDOs). • Execute the training program and schedule for the internal team, the team and the partner teams. • Conduct period constructive reviews with the team and motivate and energize the sales team to achieve the business target. • This role will involve working in the field 70% of the time and will involve extensive travel as per plan.
